As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to provide you with the information you need about the condition of the property.

I encourage you to be present during the inspection. You'll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand, and I'll be able to explain everything to you as we move throughout the house.

Sunrise Home Inspection Services provides certified home inspection services in Raton, Cimarron, Angel Fire, Eagle Nest, Las Vegas, Wagon Mound, Springer, Mora, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Taos, and surrounding areas.

Standards and Qualifications

We've been trained by some of the best inspectors in the country, and carry the AHIT certification. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations. We're ready to put that experience and knowledge to work for you.

We're also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and adhere to their Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics.

Tommy did our home inspection, then did the follow up walk through since we lived out of state. He had to travel a little since our home is in Santa Fe and he lives in Las Vegas. The day we moved in at 11:00 at night the smoke detectors started beeping. I called him the next morning not knowing who else to call (high ceilings). He came over changed all 11 detectors and refused to charge us. If I needed heart surgery and he was a cardiac surgeon I would ask him to do it. It would be done timely, accurately and the follow up would be great. Hire him!
