Do you have 3-4 hours for a home inspection? If you don't you won't get the most thorough inspection from an individual ever. Tommy did our home inspection, then did the follow up walk through since we lived out of state. He had to travel a little since our home is in Santa Fe and he lives in Las Vegas. The day we moved in at 11:00 at night the smoke detectors started beeping. I called him the next morning not knowing who else to call (high ceilings). He came over changed all 11 detectors and refused to charge us. If I needed heart surgery and he was a cardiac surgeon I would ask him to do it. It would be done timely, accurately and the follow up would be great. Hire him!
